uploading to zenfolio
« on: July 02, 2009, 06:20:24 AM »
Hello,

I'm hoping someone will be able to shed some light on this.
Hi,

I've just got an account with zenfolio.

I can't upload with photomechanic for some unknown reason.

when I click the upload button on the PM upload to zenfolio window I get an error message that goes like this;

Unable to upload because: undefined method `strip' for nil:NilClass

do you have any ideas what this could be and how I could sort it out?

thanks

Matt

I need more information.  What version of Photo Mechanic are you running?  What OS are you running Photo Mechanic on?

Matt,

PM 4.6 and os 10.5.6

Please get version 4.6.1 and try uploading again.  You can get the 4.6.1 version from our website:

Hi Kirk,

thanks!

that's sorted it!

Another thing, do you know whether I can install the pro version of autoviewer on to PM?

I've bought a copy of it and am aware that you can change the swf file in Lightroom so that it upgrades the export features to extend functionality within lightroom.

can you do this with PM?

thanks if you can help me on this.

Matt
