I currently use Aperture with Exposure Manager and dislike the workflow....only one export at a time..

Does PM allow for multiple exports to EM at the same time to upload to specific galleries within EM?

Please define what 'multiple exports' means to you.  If you're asking if you can select multiple photos and upload them in a batch with Photo Mechanic, then the answer is yes.
