Are *.IPT files compatible between Windows and Mac?

Can *.IPT files created from the Mac version of PM be utilized in the Windows version of PM (and vice versa)?

Running Windows XP, Mac OS X 10.5.7, and PM 4.6.1 (on both platforms).

Yes, with the restriction that unless you save your IPT file with the Unicode option and you have accented characters then they may not work properly.  Saving as XMP will definitely work everywhere.
