Hi Guys,

I was wonderig what is the best way to set up PM & CS3 for running at best speed, I am using a PC and it is 2.5ghz with 4gb ram.

I can't speak for Photoshop, but for PM I would set the Memory Cache to 512MB on your system.  You could go as high as about 800MB if you like and still have plenty of room for Photoshop as well.
