Creating Internal Custom Metadata Fields

Hi,

I am demo'ing PM for my company and so far I like what i see. But would like to know if there is a way to create custom metadata fields? This would be for internal use only.

Please let me know if you need additional information to answer my question.

There is currently no way to customize the fields of the IPTC dialogs.
