State Contract?

I'm trying to write up a proposal for equipment and software for my new position which I've recently started in.  We are a government agency and as such can only buy from state contract vendors. I've checked my local shop (southeastern camera here in Raleigh, NC ) and Adorama.  Neither seem to have Photomechanic.  Is camera bits an e-procurement vendor (under state contract) by chance? 

I'd really like to continue using PM ... but have a deadline for this proposal, and it has just been moved up to noon today.  Yikes!
