PM 4.4.3.2 breaks folder drag'n'drop (WIN)

Windows XP SP2 PM 4.4.3.2 with navigator window displayed and a folder tree expanded, favourites hidden and contact sheet displayed.

When I "try" to drag'n'drop from a displayed sub-folder to ANY other sub-folder, the Navigator tree structure collapses and I am not allowed to drop is anywhere. ANY movement in the mouse casues the tree to collapse.

This same functionality worked like a charm in 4.4.3.1.

Strange -for me, I could not perform this action in 4.4.3.1, now it works for me in 4.4.3.2

I have the ame problem as marty on the the same OS.   Is there a fix for this?
