copy/upload/FTP/burn: exclude xmp sidecars

I would love to have the option to exclude xmp sidecar files for copy/move, upload, burn, FTP etc.

Many image processing services do NOT want to get any xmp files besides the RAW files. Without this option there's always another step involved, or alternative procedures need to be found (like for burning DVDs).

But the XMP sidecar file contains your metadata!  If you don't put that onto your DVD then it is basically lost.

That's why I have Photo Mechanic write the IPTC info directly into the RAW files. And it's doing a fabulous job here.
All additional information that's in the xmp sidecars is Lightroom settings exclusively.
