Turning off the spellchecker completely?

Hey there,
just a quick question, is there a way to turn off the spellchecking? It always starts spellchecking again, after turning it off, closing the picture and pressing "I" again..

Runnign snowleopard and PM 4.6.1.

Sure.  You can turn it off in the IPTC/XMP tab of the Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog.
