synchronising GPS data
« on: November 21, 2009, 06:12:05 AM »
If I synchronise metadata from a RAW file to a jpeg file using the 'update IPTC/XMP' command, all metadata get nicely copied to the jpeg file, except for the GPS data. Does anyone know a solution for this?

We would have to address that issue in Photo Mechanic.

Thanks Kirk for your fast reply.
Do you need more information on this, or do you have enough for it to be addressed in the next version?

I haven't tried to reproduce it yet, but I'm sure we won't have trouble reproducing.  I'll let you know if we need sample images.

Thanks,
