Thanks for paying attention and getting back to me :-)
What I was looking at is at the gallery level, keywords, permissions, like restricting viewing metadata in Zenfolio and setting the drop down categories for Zenfolio seem to need to be added after the fact by going to the web interface. It's a nice to have if that could be set somehow - for me I'd like to always restrict metadata from showing up in the galleries I create and upload from PM. If it was add a new custom template that's modified by hand that might be "fairly easy".
It was just an idea it's a nice to have .... I am a bit more interested in this other issue at the moment.
