Text entry bug introduced in 4.6.3

In the 'Send Photos By Email' dialogue, it's now impossible to change the value for the 'fit to box' field, IF that radio box is chosen.
If you choose another scaling option, you CAN enter text into the box, but while it's chosen, you can't enter anything, and the file size under the JPEG Quality area just says around 1.5k for the image size.

Never noticed this on previous version.
