"open with" in combined RAW+JPG not working properly

Launching captureNX2 from combined RAW+JPG view does not work properly if RAW and JPG are in different folders (opened RAW folder first, then added JPG folder to same contact sheet and saved as favorites).
I can open the JPG but if I change the launching settings to "Edit the RAW" nothing happens. From normal view I can open RAW or JPG.
If RAW and JPG are in the same folder it works as expected.
I have tried this on two macs (OS X 10.5.8, Intel-based) with pm4.6.1 and pm4.6.3

It's a bug.  I am able to reproduce the issue and have fixed it in a development version.  You'll see the fix in the next update to Photo Mechanic.
