transfer Structured Keywords Panel

How do I copy and transfer a Structured Keyword Panel from desktop to laptop, I am using Mac and current version of PM

You can use the Import/Export Preferences buttons in the Preferences dialog, or you can just save the Structured Keywords to a file by using the 'Save' button in the Structured Keywords panel.  Then either Import on the other machine, or use the Structured Keywords panel to load the file you saved.
