PM 4.6.3 won't let me copy

I am running Photo Mechanic version 4.6.3 and I run Mac OS X 10.4.11 on my Intel Xeon based Mac.

When I try to copy a file to another location using the 'copy photo' function it just says there were errors during the copy operation. The function was working fine before I upgraded.
