Show raw file variables in RAW+jpeg single thumbnail ?

Hello Kirk,

I'm running PM 4.6.3 on 2 Intel Macs 10.5.8.

Since I received a new camera (Canon MkIV), I started shooting Raw (16mp resolution) as well as mRaw (9 mp res) files along with a small jpg for speed of display.

In my Contact Sheet Pref I have Filename + One label choses to show the following string : {pixels} - {height} X {width}px - {hour24}h{minute} - {dats}

I realized it's giving me the informations about the small jpeg and not the RAW file. Is there a way to display info of the RAW file, so I can see quickly if I shot a regular RAW (16mp) or a mRaw (9mp).

No, not for EXIF or Maker Note data.  IPTC/XMP can be loaded from the RAW file preferentially, but not the shooting data.

But if I type Apple-J, the contact sheet displays the raw + jpeg seperatly, then I can see the info I'm looking for for the lone Raw file. How come there is no way of showing that info instead ? (like a preference setting)

There just isn't any facility to do what you're asking to do at this time.  Could one be added?  Yes.
