How do you use office outlook 2010 to email pictures?

First you need to make Outlook 2010 be your default MAPI client.  There should be some setting in Outlook 2010 that lets you do this.  (I don't have Outlook 2010 myself so I cannot direct you.)

You may have to download this first:

Once Outlook 2010 is your MAPI client, then simply using the Send Photos via Email command on the File menu should allow you to email photos.
