Send Photo via Email Error Message MIME format no Photos are arriving just Text

PM 4.6.5, Mac Os 10.5.8 Entourage.

I've been sending image without problems to date. Now I have a problem with "Send Photo via Email" on Mac Entourage Customers are receiving only Text or MIME Format no Pics?  no matter the size or format i send they are arriving as just Text message ...

Does the same thing happen when you don't involve Photo Mechanic at all?  i.e. Can you create an email directly in Entourage and attach a JPEG and have it arrive properly?

no, the pics get through without any problem, although I don't cross off a Provider mistake here!?
I've tried sending Images without PM and they went through.

OK, well I don't know what to think.  PM isn't sending the email, or even encoding the data for that matter.  All it does is use AppleScript to tell Entourage to create a new email, add recipients to it, add a subject, add a body, and add attachments, and optionally to send it. (depends on if you have the feature set to let you review the email before it is sent or not.)  Entourage is responsible for handling the instructions passed to it via AppleScript and for encoding and sending the email.
