Error uploading to Photoshelter

When I tried to upload to photoshelter, I got the following message:
Error: Hostname not known: ul.photoshelter.com
Can you help me?

It means that DNS lookups are not working on your system at the moment.  Open up a Terminal window (it's in the Utilities folder inside the Applications folder) and type:

dig ul.photoshelter.com [hit enter]

Please post the text that is displayed back here on the forums.
