Odd Behavior - "Staring" an image does not select it??
« on: August 03, 2010, 10:34:34 PM »
I normally color code images then at a later time rate them with stars. Tonight I did both at the same time - the problem was if I clicked on a star then set the color then clicked on the star on the next image then set the color but clicking on the star below an image to rate it does NOT put focus on that image, so when I then set the color I was not setting the color on the Image I just rated that I would think I should be focused on.

Does that make sense - I needed to do about 60 images and could not get used to  not being focused  on a image I just clicked on.
Thanks
Joe

Yes, but is there a reason that you feel that it is necessary to lose your selection just to change the rating?

I guess I'm just used to - when I click on something - that is what my next action occurs. I can't think of anywhere else that works like this. Mentally I think I just made a change to this image shouldn't I be ON this image.
