Cannot print after installing Norton Internet Security 2011
« on: October 02, 2010, 02:01:52 PM »
Hello
My first post here. I have used PM for several years with no problems.
I installed Norton Internet Security 2011 to replace the 2010 version. I had to reinstall my printer to make it work properly. Then when I used PM today, it would not print. When I finish the preparation and click PRINT, the small window just disappears. I upgraded PM from 4.6.4 to 4.6.5. but it made no difference.
I am running Vista 64 Ultimate.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
Would it help if I completely remove PM from my computer and reload it?

Thanks

Try holding down the Shift key while bringing up the Page Setup dialog.  (File->Page Setup...)  Then set your margins and OK the dialog.  Then try printing.

It should likely work then.

Many Thanks for the tip. It worked and we are printing normally again.
