random image selection

I may have missed this feature in PM but sometimes I would just like to select say 50 or 100 images from a contact sheet at random and then show a slide show. Is this possible and if not is it something people think they might need?

Why not just select your images and then turn on the 'Randomly shuffle photo playback' checkbox in the Slide Show dialog?
