Set code replacements - scandinavian letters bug?
« on: February 04, 2011, 07:44:42 AM »
I´m exploring the function Set code replacements in Photo Mechanic. This function will be very usefull in many ways.

The problem for me is that I do not make the Norwegian/Scandinavian letters Æ, Ø, and Å to be replaced in the coding - they are all replaced with a question mark: '?'

That also happens whit other letters, such as  Ü and Ö.

- The IPTC Encoding is set to Latin 10 Scandinavian.
- I use PM version 4.6.6 for Mac OS

Any suggestions how to make this work?

Regards

Make sure the format of your Code Replacement text file is UTF-8.  Then it should work fine.
