"Edit photo with... " menu is not refreshed after changing editors

Hello,

I'm using PM version 4.6.6
Mac Book Pro OSX 10.6.6 - Intel based




I recently upgrade from Photoshop CS4 to CS5.
In the preferences of PM I changed the editor of my choice to be CS5 because CS4 is not on my system anymore.
For some strange reason the choice for CS4 is still available in the "Edit photo With..." menu.

Is there a way to get this menu refreshed so it shows only the actual editors?

Can you show me a screen shot of the 'Assign specific editors for each file type' dialog?  (Preferences>Launching>Set...)

The screen shot above doesn't show all of the entries.  Are you certain that none of them references CS4?

Your right, the .PNG extension was referenced to CS4.
Since I removed it to "Using default editor" the CS4 menu entry was gone.
Phew, so simple and I didn't saw it....
