PM 4.6.4 loses focus when moving images

I have noticed that when I move an image from the preview window PM loses focus to another (any) app when I hit the enter key to confirm the copy that also has a non minimised window, usually it recovers focus when the move is finished but of late it is leaving the other app with focus. The losing focus doesn't always happen and is worse when I am processing other images (Neat Image).
Minimising the other app seems to fix the problem.
