Preview only regains focus when you click the title bar

Can PM be made to work like most other windows programs and regain focus when you click anywhere in it's window. Currently on my Windows 7 it only gets focus back when you click the title bar. This is a coninuation of the issue with preview losing focus when a copy is done.

Is this still an issue only with the Preview window?  Or does it affect the main window as well?

My brief tests says it is not a problem in main window.
