PhotoShelter upload not working

I don't understand the terminology and thus the directions don't really help me.  i don't know what i"m looking for, or to know whether what I see is good or bad, or meaningful at all.  What to do?

That looks good.  What version of Photo Mechanic are you running?  If you're not running version 4.6.8 yet then be sure to get it since it is the most compatible version we have at this time.

Just downloaded 4.6.8 and it solved the problem!  Will it be available by the time the beta runs out on 8/31?  Need that upload feature working!

We'll either have a final non-beta release by that date or we'll make a new beta available with later expiration date.

Hello, it`s me again who was having problems with Photoshelter-uploads via PM.
Still running on a MBP on Leopard with  PM 4.6.7. when the error occurs.
The DNS problem was finally solved,I made tests and it was a problem with my ISP but a new bug appeared since I changed my e-mail and password on Photoshelter a few days ago.
I can sent ftp files wherever I want,everything works fine,I am able to log into Photoshelter with my e-mail and password and upload from inside the PS-site BUT I AM UNABLE to upload via PM,I always get an error message that my password isn`t correct,Photoshelter support tried to help but couldN´t.I saw this post today and upgraded to the beta-version  4.6.8. hopeful to solve the password error but it`s still there.
I already tried to set up new passwords and tried the old versions.... no success at all.What else can I do?

Kirk:  here's a new twist.  I installed the beta 4.6.8 and it's working just fine for the FTP that wouldn't go with 4.6.7.  However, ANOTHER FTP address won't send.  I hailed back to our earlier transmission and decided to try it with 4.6.7 and it works perfectly.  What's up with THAT?

I don't know.  Are these FTP server addresses numeric or symbolic (are they numbers like 192.168.100.200 or names like ftp.mydomain.com)?
