Lost ability to view toolbar, preferences, navigator

For some reason I have lost the ability to open the navigator, preferences, Toolbar. and Cannot see the file menue In my old version of PM all I had to do is go to view and choose what I wanted , I now have 4.66 and cannot find anything in the top line
What do I do to get back to square one

I take it you're on Windows?  Hold down the Shift key while you launch PM.  The menubar will be restored.
