Emailing Images from PM not working any longer
« on: August 04, 2011, 11:53:17 AM »
With our upgrade to Outlook 2010 (Exchange Server) we can no longer email selected images directly from the contact sheet view.  We are using the "copy photo" feature and saving a compressed jpg to a different folder.

Any thoughts on a more time efficient way to hand this problem?

Thank you.

Do you get an error message when you try to send email from PM?  If so, what is the message?

Yes there is an error

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fufill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set as the default mail client."

Than another message: " Error: Unable to connect to MAPI. PM requires the use of MAPI to send email......Details: Failed to logon to MAPI using shared seeion, Error:-2147467259

Have you set Outlook 2010 to be your default MAPI client?
