Ingest does not auto-start 4.6.7

On Win 7 64 bit, if a CF card is inserted, the "show ingest dialog" does not start and a new folder is shown on the folder bar with the title "-autoplay:L:" (L: is the drive with the cf card).  Selecting "File / Ingest" results in a new folder tab being open but the "-autoplay:L:" tab remains.

The option "On mount of Camera Disk" has the "Show Ingest Dialog" enabled.

On 4.6.6 the auto-ingest dialog properly starts as expected.

I removed 4.6.7 and re-installed 4.6.6.  The ingest dialog starts properly.  I then install 4.6.7 and it fails to start.

Version 4.6.8 available as a beta in the Announcements section of the forums should address this issue.
