tagging photos in online galleries

PM 4.6.8 has an EXPORT gallery template called PM Slideshow that allows for online viewers to tag selected photos.  This is a great feature, but the design of the gallery (one image at a time and the actual 'tag' button far from the image) is not conducive to the editing process.

Are there any alternatives to this one template, or is there any way to add this feature to a gallery design that's similar to PM Classic? Editors need to see multiple images in context to one another to make logical choices. 

Would love to hear that there's an existing template out there somewhere...I'd even pay for it rather than have to figure out how to do it...

The next major version of Photo Mechanic will have image proofing in the PM Classic Exporter.
