I would love to see more graceful handing of FTP authentication failure. Our work environment requires us to change our passwords every 90 days, and Photo Mechanic doesn't provide much feedback when your FTP login fails.
Ideally:
- In the FTP Connections window, a checkbox would allow me to specify "Always prompt for password", thus graying out the Password field. This is good security anyway.
- When an FTP connection fails because of a bad saved password, an error dialog would let me know and ask if I'd like to reenter the password. Rather than having navigate to File:FTP Photos as... and click "Connections," I could immediately enter my updated password and resume the transfer operation.
