"Show Map..." feature in preview window (plus more)

Back in 2008 you wrote in a thread:

Unfortunately due to the way the Preview window works and how the Map window works, the Map window cannot be brought up from the Preview window.  Otherwise I would have done it already.

Is this still true in the soon to be released v5.0 of PM, or can the "Show Map" feature now be included in the preview window?

Would be really really handy. But I guess you know that, don't you
