Copying "Object Name" to "Caption" field

Is there an easy way to copy the information in the "Object Name" field into the "Caption" field as wrote 120 images in the wrong one!  I have used the stationary pad in the past to append location information using {location} etc so tried {object name}, but just got "Object name" in the caption not the contents of the field!

I'm only on 4.5.4

Hi Mike!

Just use {object}

In the stationary pad the is a button called "Variables..."
There you can get a grouped list of the variables with description.
