Can not install the Beta version 5.0

Tonight i bought a new licence for my 4.6.9 version so i should be able to download and install the 5.0 beta.
I am however getting the following error  c:\windows\system32\SDLdd92e.RRA  "entrance refused "  and i can not install the beta version.

Running win 7 64bits OS

I don't think that "SDLdd92e.RRA" is a file that the installer tries to modify.  I've never heard of a system file that ends in "RRA" before.

Still that is what i am getting every time :

the following error ocurred on the file 'C:\windows\system32\............  .rra   where the last part of the file name is different every time.

Solved the problem !!

It was actually very simple     I was not logged in as admin on my system,  most of the time any program install will ask for the admin password,  however PM does not,  it just comes up with this error message.

After logging in as admin it worked without any problem.

Thanks   and  looks very promising !!  especially the rotate function is something i was looking forward to !!
