The Code Replacement files are not exported as it can be the case that the path where they are coming from may not exist on the target machine.
You have to restore this manually.
Watermark settings are imported on my ex- and import. But the path of the watermark image is not present on my target box. So watermarking will produce an error as the image cannot be found.
The CR delimiter and the crop settings I can confirm.
