Tool tip missing

Windows 7, PM 5 build 12996

In the Preview window, all the icons on the tool bar display a tool tip except for the one between View Two... and Restore panes.

Works for me.  There is no keyboard shortcut, but when I put my mouse cursor over that button it says "Swap Thumbnail strip orientation".

Hmm, I just checked again to make sure.  When I mouse over the icons it is still the only one sans tool tip.

When I did the update I chose reinstall so would think any old stuff should have been overwritten?

Try an uninstall and a new install.

Window 7 Pro 32 bit...

Did the uninstall and verified the PM was gone from Program Files then reinstalled.  Alas, no change.  Tried deleting the preference files and no change.

Version 08aaae8 is the latest release?

"build 13057 (acc29f8)" is the Release Candidate.
