I'm unable to get a crop to "stick" with TIFFs in PM5 for Mac. I can drag the crop tool, but then it just disappears from the image after I set it.

What program produced the TIFFs? Are embedding XMP into your TIFFs?

It seems to be happening with both layered and flattened TIFFs, produced in different programs, including Photoshop, LR, and Capture NX2.

And are you setting PM 5 to embed XMP metadata in your TIFFs?

Try changing your read order to "Read embedded XMP before IPTC" (For JPEG, TIFF, PSD, DNG photos) and see if that helps.

Nope. That didn't work. I can draw the crop box, and when I release the mouse, the crop rectangle disappears.
