PM5 email resize appears to have a size limit

The settings in send via email will not produce a larger file as it does it PM4. On this particular pic it will not go above 169.
Setting at full size does not make a difference.
If I reduce the quality from 100 it will produce a smaller file.
This image is a 15.5 MB Nef .

PM4 works as expected with this same pic and produces a file size of 285 at the large setting.

It's a known bug.  It will be addressed in the next build.
