Purchasing upgrade?

I've signed in to my account, but can't find any way to actually purchase an upgrade. The normal store page only offers the full version, and there doesn't appear to be any way to add an item to the cart via my account pages.

I found that when I clicked on the "full" version icon, the next page showed the discounted upgrade.

Kirk et al: it may be worth removing the price and "New License" from that initial icon to avoid the confusion.

It was after that I had problems (described in other thread "Estore Issues".

Peter - thanks! Unfortunately, I'm not seeing the same thing as you - when I click on the full version icon, it takes me to a product page that offers only the full version, with a note to log into your account to check for upgrade eligibility. I have logged in, but I'm not seeing anywhere to actually purchase an upgrade.

My last purchase was in May 2009, so it shows a date of May 2010 in the "Eligible for upgrade" field - that doesn't mean that I had to purchase an upgrade by the date (and so have to purchase the full version), does it?

Another topic has clarified that anybody with a valid 4.x license should be able to purchase the upgrade, but I'm still not having any luck finding a way to actually make the purchase - still only seeing the full version in the store, and if I click on that, I still just get the information page telling me to login to my account for upgrade eligibility. When I do that, I just see all of my info, but there's no way to purchase anything from there (that I can find).
