Dialogs open behind or stuck on top

PM v5 release on Win 7.
From File|Structured Keywords, the files dialog opens behind.  Also, the Structured Keywords box remains on top when I switch to a browser.

It's an "always on top window" so it can be used in the Preview window as well.
