V5 ingest numbering issue

The automatic numbering in V5 seems to be jumping around at random.  Thursday, I ingested 981 images starting with 1233-00001.  Friday ingests suddenly started at 1233-06149.  Today, I went to ingest and the starting number should be 1233-10901, but it wanted to start at 06149 again.

I am running Win7 professional and PM5 build 13158

It's likely a bug that we'll have to fix.

Any progress on this issue?  Every morning before my first ingest, I have to look for the highest number used the day before and reset the counter.  One of these days I will be operating on less than optimal sleep and miss that step and I don't even want to think of the consequences.
