"new window""

i am using Photo Mechanic 4 on Windows 7x64.  "new window" is not an option under the "file" menu as it is for a Mac.  How do I open a new window in Windows 7?

There is no support for another top-level window containing multiple contact sheet tabs like there is on the Mac version.
