constrained Crop change Button

In V5 the constrained Crop has negative changed IMHO.

Please bring back the quick change Button for :  constrained Crop W: 3 <---> H: 2

It is no longer necessary.  Just drag your crop into the ratio you want and it will automatically flip the constraints.  Give it a try.

We're not going to add the button back in because it is no longer necessary.
