Supp Cat position

Is there a way to have the Supp Cat directly under the captioning in VERSION 5?

In the prior 4.* version, supp cat's were  located near the top. 
Where as in 5.0 you have to scroll down a bit, they are not visible on the same screen.
The scrolling down seems like its trivial, but really interrupts the work flow.

Advice on how to reposition, if possible, would be greatly appreciated.
Otherwise, advice on how to manage through the process of population the Supp Cat from the Caption, followed by moving the next Caption would be appropriated.

In the Accessibility section of the Preferences dialog you can completely customize the order of the various fields.

OK, but what you did was revert to the "Classic IPTC dialogs" so you're going to miss out on a lot of the new fields that the customizable IPTC dialogs offer.
