2 different behavior with single click

Hi,

I move to another MAC. And i have two different behaviors with photo mechanic.

first MAC: one (!) click on a folder at favourites show me the content of that folder. After clicking another folder it changes to the content to the new folder.

second MAC: i need to doubleclick on a folder to seen the content. I cannot change between the folders with one click??!?!?

Where is that setting. I want the second MAC like the first one?!?!
I cannot look in the settings of the first MAC because the MAC deleted!

Is it possible you have a custom 3rd party mouse or pen tablet driver that is doing that on the "first MAC?"   If you single-click an item in Finder on first MAC, does it open right up?
