how can i watermark from Contact Sheet ?

how can i watermark from the  Contact Sheet ?

i 'm reading  the manual Photo_Mechanic_4.6.3_Manual.pdf but can't find an answer

well i created a watermark in png with photoshop 3086 x 1955  Pixels - 6.03 MPixels
 
i use mostly 1dx , or 5d mark 3 or 5 mark 2 in raw files

i would like to export in jpg - resize and use the watermark

may i ask 2 question ?
1) how can i watermark 2 or 3 photos from Contact Sheet?

2)how can i set to resize the watermark according to the new photo image size ?
to make an example i would like to resize 2 photo @ 800x600 and automactly resize the watermark to fit well in the photo

You can watermark from any dialog that produces a new image: Save As, Exporters, Uploaders, Send via email, etc.

thanks but about my second question i can't find answer

i mean for example with a 5d mark 3, 22mp raw+jpg  and i have the logo png 6 MPixels (3086x1955 Pixels)

i want to resize my 5d mark 3 photo to for example 800x600
where is the option to resize the watermark (logo png file of 6mp) to fit in the resized photo?

i don't want to put the watermark on the center of the photo but right - bottom position

What you're trying to do cannot currently be done.  Scaling options only exist for the center of the image, not any of the border areas.

What about creating a transparent PNG with the maximum size needed and put the watermark only in one of the corners?
Assign the overlay image to the center and you should be fine.

Just a thought and not verified if this works well.

Give Sven's suggestion a try.  But otherwise, no, we won't be adding this feature soon.  Cataloging is our highest priority and other new features will have to wait.

Created a transparent image with the dimensions you mentioned above and added some text to the lower right. (see PNG and Photoshop-File PSD)
Set this in PM as watermark-Image, centered. (see screenshot)
Created another image with a white filling and saved it as jpg. (see blank.jpg)
Saved the original blank image with 3 different sizes via PM with the watermark applied. (800px, 1000px and 2000px)

Is it possible to create this without using Photoshop? I mean using another program...(I am trying to avoid using Photoshop since it launched its new marketing policy).

in short i have to create a png logo watermark and place the watermark on the right bottom side ,right?

Yes, that's the way you can do this.

Create the transparent PNG with the size of the image(s), place your watermark (logo or text) into the PNG at the bottom right (or wherever you want the watermark to appear) with the desired size, assign this PNG as watermark-Image in PM, set it to the center position, play around with the transparency and you are done.
