Feature request - play sounds in selected set of images

I *think* I may have requested this in distant past, but not able to find it so I will ask (again?)

I would like to select a range of images in a contact sheet and when I hit the "play sound" shortcut with the multi-select, any sound files for the selected images are played sequentially subject to the current sort order.

While we are in the "play sound section", I'd love a PAUSE button/shortcut also.

I take people's name verbally in group shot and when I rewrite then in my caption, I always have to play/restart from beginning. Most of the time after 2-3 names I need to just PAUSE the audio, finish writing and RESUME the audio… NOT Play from start again.
