Where's my stuff?

I want to delete several saved IPTC stationary pads and Keyword pads but can not find them on my MAC (10.8.)  Can you direct me? Thanks for your help

Hi!

If you want to delete the items listed under the lightning bolt:
Option-click one of the entries and the finder opens the location where these items are stored. You can then delete the unneeded ones.
