Anyone have a filled out IPTC pad they woulnd't mind sharing?

I am new to submitting my work to local news, etc. I thought reviewing my IPTC stationary pad may be worthwhile. I am looking for a generic completed IPTC SP that I can read over and make sure I am filling out my information completely.

Any help would be appreciated.

A lot of it can depend on the specific news agency. Some use certain fields for certain things that may not be used other places (like the Headline or Title/Object fields).

Most importantly I'd say make sure you have your contact information and copyright information filled out completely.

If you want to post up a ".snap" or Saved .XMP file from your Stationary Pad I'd be happy to look at it.

How important is having a copyright url? Anyone else place your usage rights up on the web for this box in the Stationary pad?
